 This position will monitor operate and improve production services and provide end user support.

Essential Functions:
- Understand key issues that happen within the area that you support and drive for issue resolution.
- Guide and coach junior team members as needed.
- Improve the production operations for the area your support through automation and better processes.

Requirements/Certifications:
3-6 month Right-to-Hire.

Resource will support a user community of approx. 125 employees.
There are 3 offices to support with a handful of WFH employees:
1. The main office in downtown SLC.
2. A small retail pharmacy in downtown SLC.
3. And a small office about 15 minutes from the main office that has a small call center that supports a mail order pharmacy.
70% of job will be in-person, desk side support. 
They are the local point of contact for end users (in-person, by telephone, or via-email) to provide timely support and maintenance of their desktop computing environments and phone services.
This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC and phone hardware and peripherals.
Your candidates should be proficient in the following:
Windows 7 & Windows 10
Windows products (Office, Outlook, Visio, Project, etc.)
SCCM
Zoom
Service Now
Box
BitLocker
Basic telecom troubleshooting
Active Directory-creating accounts, user and folder permissions, name changes, terminations
Browsers- IE, Chrome, FireFox
Network troubleshooting including home networking
WiFi troubleshooting
Android and iOS phones
iPads
Citrix
Java
Mac Pro- would be nice but not necessary
Printer troubleshooting
Attention to detail
Setting up hardware
Strong Customer Service Skills
GED or High School required
