HR Help Desk Support

Location: San Diego, California
Position will be responsible for the following: - Building reports - Facilitating workflow administration - Entering HR transactions - Advising users on HR process flows - Responding to user support requests and provide resolution and education to end users. - Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR or IT related areas - General HR and HRIS Industry Knowledge - Experience in PL/SQL, SQL, MS Office products and reporting tools, Advanced proficiency in Excel - SQL Reporting Skills - Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Working knowledge of computerized HRIS database systems, word processing, and spreadsheets - Working knowledge of standard record keeping practices - Knowledge of general HR/Benefits/Payroll policies and procedures as they relate to records, wages, and benefits
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Reporting experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 2 years of experience
