HR Coordinator

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:
• Assists with recruitment by coordinating applicant flow through the database (Taleo)
• Reviews resumes, conducts telephone pre-screen interviews with candidates, reviews qualifications with Recruiter and HR Business Partners.
• Tracks and maintains Taleo database for applicant flow.
• Schedules and coordinates interviews via Outlook
• Responsible for AAP reporting.
• Assists with new hire onboarding by creating HR personnel folders and files personnel and proprietary documents.
• Assists with social media recruiting efforts.
• Others duties as needed.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• BA / BS or relevant equivalence
• 2 or more years of HR / Recruitment support experience in a similar environment.
• Taleo experience
• Expert in utilizing Outlook Calendar
• Organized and capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
• Maintains the highest level of integrity with personal and sensitive information
• Demonstrate a high degree of customer service orientation and business acumen
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
