We need an analyst to provide General Administration with financial and analytical support. Part 2 - Job Description
Specific Responsibilities: ? Accounting Month End o Inventory o Monthly Re-classes/Accruals Journal Entries o Month end analysis o Financial Statement preparation ? SOX o Conduct field assessments o Prepare Quarterly Survey ? Capital Expenditures o Assist with the bid process o Initiate Capital Expenditures o Maintain Capital Expenditures list ? Purchasing o Assist with the bid process o Assist in processing purchase orders and follow up on deliveries ? Accounts Payables o Code invoices and send to management for approval/payment o Assist with Same Day Check ? Accounts Receivables o Invoice various customers and maintain the sub-ledger/aging. ? General Office – Support for Office staff o General filing o General at need scanning o Inter-department coordination Competencies: ? Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work in a team atmosphere and assist outside specified job description as required. ? Independent: Ability to perform assigned tasks or projects with little supervision. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Open Communication: Seeks ongoing feedback, clarification and instruction from management. Proactively reports important or detrimental information. Able to communicate with our corporate office in an efficient and professional manor. Education, Experience and Skill Requirements: ? Microsoft Office skills, Outlook and Internet efficient. ? Preferred experience with SCI HMIS program and SpendSmart ? Financial: Knowledge of accounting procedures and ability to prepare and audit financial worksheets. ? Project Management: Has the discipline to organize detailed files, and exhibits to ensure all aspects of a project are considered and executed.
