Job description:

1) Project Financial Management: Managing all Financials and project controlling functions supporting the Program Management:

- Management of Program Budget
  • Monthly forecast preparation together with work streams leads and creation/ submission of overall forecast on the program level
  • Staffing provisioning for internal project resources
  • Tracking of actuals and creation of analysis of deviations

2) 3rd Party Resource Coordination: Handling of 3rd Party Resource Sourcing process and maintaining accurate and up to date information for all 3rd Party resources:
  • Administration of hiring process for new 3rd Party project resource joining the project team
  • Handling of adjustments of Purchase Orders for existing 3rd Party project resources on a monthly basis

Qualification/Skills and Competencies:
  • Very good skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills are essential to deal with virtual and international teams
  • Soft skills: Team player, pronounced quality awareness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Work experience:
  • Project Controlling experience
  • Financial management
  • Project Management Office (PMO) support experience
  • End user experience in utilization of SAP ERP system is a plus
