Qualifications:
We are seeking an articulate and extroverted individual with an outgoing and engaging personality to work as a receptionist in the Century City neighborhood of Los Angeles. This individual will be responsible for greeting clients upon entry, making sure they feel catered to upon entering the space, and will connect them with person(s) they have come to see. The candidate must have strong demonstrated oral and written communications skills. The position requires fluency in the MS Office Suite and the individual must be good at multitasking. Excellent hosting and customer service skills are expected and the candidate must be detail oriented and discreet. Some legal experience preferred but not required and specialized training will be provided. High school diploma required.

Responsibilities:
Provides exceptional customer service by performing a variety of job duties and responsibilities within the office space. Maintains utmost professionalism and willingness to assist the visitors and employees of the firm, Will provide a professional welcome, schedule meeting rooms and contact personnel that their guests have arrived. Answers all incoming telephone calls by following phone etiquette directives. Performs light clerical and administrative duties. Serves as firm concierge in regards to guests, clients and staff, familiarizing themselves with the area, restaurants, coffee houses, etc. Will reconcile invoices and ensure that food deliveries are directed to the right place within the office. Performs light hospitality when necessary, coffee, water, order food, drinks. Will demonstrate a willingness to perform other duties as assigned. Will be responsible for building professional relationships throughout the office. Will need to be able to identify key personnel by sight and assimilate into the office culture. Will maintain proper office/guest security protocols. Will maintain a professional appearance and cleanliness of the firm lobby. Will present themselves professionally attired at all times.
