  • Manage and support the SAP/HR (PA/PD) Module for all Enterprise employees. Manage, support and administer the entire Success Factor suite of products maintained by HR Information Systems. Maintain all organization structure changes for Sr. HRIS & Workforce Analytics Analyst
  • The purpose of this position is to provide HR Systems and Analytics support for Client HR in NJ. This position will be responsible for HR Systems implementation, maintenance, training, and support. This position will be responsible for extracting, analyzing and reporting on trends related to HR data.
  • Provide thought leadership, development, and execution of the HR Reporting and Analytics function. Provide meaningful business insight to HR leadership and business leaders. Analyze, identify, and present important trends and emerging issues to provide critical insights to senior business leaders about our human capital and the impact on the achievement of business strategies and goals, the development and use of new metrics and benchmarks, and the ability to meet compliance (government reporting, EEO and Affirmative Action) and/or business requirements. Support long-term and annual planning, strategic level reporting, and data governance.

  • SAP HR experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in reporting, analysis or systems role
  • Strong technical communication skills
  • Ability to speak to different audience levels
  • Ability to summarize, analyze and interpret, and present data in clear, articulate matter
  • Data warehouse and reporting tool experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
