CRM Department Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for processing all Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts and invoices in SAP for the entire CRM department.
• Process accruals for end of year controlling requirements.
• Responsible for all purchasing requirements such as New Vendor processing, Contract Review and Supplier Recommendation Forms.
• Follow thru with routing contracts and forms to various departments such as Legal, Controlling and Purchasing.
• Plan and coordinate all logistics/administrative tasks for two Dealer eBusiness Council meetings each year.
• Maintain and update Infonet pages related to CRM.
• Posts all bulletins from the department on CenterNet and DCS.
• Assist CRM Department Head with meeting schedules and minute taking, distributing department communications, and travel bookings and expense reports.
• Support the CRM Process and Retail Managers in their administrative and project tasks related to retail updates and customer data requests.
• Assist CRM Communications Program Manager with Pure Impulse campaign by following up on customer requests, and communications with vendors.

Requirements:
• At least one year experience in Purchase order management
• At least 3 years work experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• MUST Strong knowledge of SAP
• Office skills including Microsoft Office
• College degree preferred but not required
