Responsibilities:
  • The incumbent is responsible to manage and support procurement lifecycle management automated systems, which includes PeopleSoft Financials SRM
  • modules
  • Contract Lifecycle Management solution, Maximo and Windchill integrations, and Vendor portal.
  • Leads a team of professionals responsible for providing functional support, data processing, and systems design and configuration to meet PRMT strategic goals. Through
  • training, documentation and effective communication leads efforts to ensure all procurement users understand and comply with procurement policies and processes, data standards, and system usage, while working closely
  • with Chief Procurement Officer, Procurement Manager and other administrative leads in PRMT.
  • Manages and provides functional support to Procurement application systems end users authoritywide.
  • Identifies and evaluates new applications for improvements and enhancements to business processes.
  • Designs and delivers enterprise wide standard reports, metric dashboards, and ad hoc reports. Collaborates with other functional/technical leaders within client to produce enterprise wide Business Intelligence reporting
  • and analysis.
  • Performs extensive troubleshooting of system problems, researches the causes of problems and identifies systemic problems requiring software changes, additional training or new applications; resolves problems or coordinates corrective action through Information Technology channels. Plans, develops, directs, organizes, evaluates and supervises all personnel and activities relating to PRMT's data applications system.
  • These include tier I functional support, data management, operation and enhancements.
  • Represents PRMT on various teams and committees that impact the various PRMT applications.
  • Coordinates with IT to enhance procurement automation needs and systems integrated with PRMT owned data applications systems.
  • Ensures that various types of records are developed to respond to Ad hoc inquires from other Departments/Offices, and the general public.
  • Responsible to deliver training to various user groups throughout the Authority for procurement application systems
  • identifies training needs, schedules classes and presents training to ensure users are current on capabilities and requirements of the automated applications.
  • In partnership with the Authority's Information Technology department (IT), leads the development of procurement dashboard using business intelligence tools that provide transparency for
  • procurement function key performance indicators. Provides subject matter expertise on data and data usage.
  • Defines, analyzes, documents, and implements functional designs, requirements, and specifications for reporting solutions, including standard reports,
  • underlying tables and views, and user interfaces.
  • Leads the data analysis in uncovering data anomalies and in identifying and researching key operational data to enable efficiencies and maintain overall data quality
