  • Experience using a variety of PC related systems (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Explorer, Outlook)
  • Knowledge and use of mobile apps for fleet services and fleet management tools.
  • Ability to work outside in the field when necessary
  • Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license to operate motor vehicles.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Education: High School Diploma-minimum; College degree not required
  • Looking for someone with 3-5 years of customer service experience (dealership/service/ carshare experience a PLUS)
  • Must be able to work independently

  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience with rental, fleet, dispatching or car sharing business.
  • Technical/mechanical knowledge of vehicles (preferably incl. electric vehicles)
