  • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, arranging meetings and receiving; referring; or answering email.
  • Answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
  • Conducts expense report training classes, and may develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
  • Gathers; compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
  • High School and 4 years of related experience required.
  • Requires work experience in general office management with high experience in the use of MS Office - Intermediate or better in MS Word and Excel.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Prefer knowledge of company policies.
