The Administrative Clerk will be organizing the tax files and supporting the Manager, HRSS and US Payroll for special projects on taxes.

Description:
This role will also be in charge of the incoming and outgoing mail/fedex, assisting with auditing reports when needed, logging and tracking tax notices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will not have any direct reports. Job Responsibilities:
• Print, make copies and/or scan documents.
• Organize the tax filing system.
• Open and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail/fedex
• Assist with auditing reports for HRSS and Payroll when needed
• Any clerical duties assigned by the Manager

Skills Required

Job Responsibilities:

• Open and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail/fedex
• Assist with auditing reports for HRSS and Payroll when needed
• Any clerical duties assigned by the Manager
• At least 2 years of similar administrative experience.
• Team player with proven customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively manage confidential information and work independently as required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be organized, detailed oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Skills Preferred
Experience Required At least 2 years in similar role.
Education Required In College or with AA degree.
