Nesco has partnered with a growing medical facility looking for a Benefits Analyst or Senior Benefits Analyst to fill an immediate opening for a minimum of a 12 week contract assignment.
 Shift- Monday-Friday days, 1st shift hours
 Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Operations or related degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 3-5 years related HR, Managed Care or Finance experience.
Ideally Looking for a candidate with
 high volume benefits, using Kronos,
 Insurance, and/or Workday is ideal*****
This position will support HR Ops, LOA and Benefits. –
Ability to work well under pressure, with personnel at all levels of the organization & outside vendors. Ability to function with tight deadlines with multiple competing priorities, with attention to detail and accuracy. –
Self-starter with the ability to work independently by completing tasks and projects with minimal supervision and identifying additional projects or needs through context of work. –
Understanding and application of federal guidelines for ERISA plans, COBRA administration, FMLA, ADAAA, workers' compensation, Section 125 and other applicable laws.
-Analytical/critical thinking skills and the ability to apply these skills in daily tasks and projects to refine processes and increase efficiency in the Human Resources benefit function. –
Ability to be a change agent and track record of excellent customer service, as well as written and verbal communications or presentation skills -User level knowledge of HRIS , Benefits Administration; running reports and queries. –
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. .
 Administration that also includes: associate benefit enrollment; assessment of guidelines to determine associate eligibility, coverage and other matters related to benefits and absence management; preparation of benefit reports utilizing HRMS; serving as a system educator during open enrollment, new hire orientation, departmental meetings and other sponsored events; and also updating the Benefits and Leave Team intranet section, which also contains all benefit and leave forms and Perks discounts.
The Benefits Analyst is a system liasion on benefit and leave-related issues including claims adjudication issues, provider network deficiencies and validation, and administrator of benefit and leave programs to ensure data validation for benefit and leave related entries.
