The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for internal and external data analytics projects and custom data deliverables. This is a highly visible and key position within the company and will have a hands-on role in data and analysis. This associate will act as a project manager for all data analytics processes while also managing the company's data vendor relationships. This position reports directly to the Exec VP and will be a part of the company's management team.
Direct Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data, identify anomalies, and provide useable insight to internal and external customers.
  • Manage external customer data requests, including: project scope, consultation, conception, production, and end-user delivery.
  • Build custom data deliveries using data analytics tools.
  • Work with the company IT and Production teams for order generation; determine processes to automate when appropriate.
  • Manage the process flows of the company's data vendor projects.
  • Stay current with data analytics techniques/technologies.
  • Maintain positive, professional business acumen and relationships with the company cross-functional teams and external customers.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-5 years of professional business experience.
  • Preferred 2+ years of management experience.
  • Preferred 2+ years of project management experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a data analytics, database administration, or data analyst role.
  • Experience working with analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, MS SQL and Excel a plus.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases as well as unstructured data.
  • Experience working with both internal and external customer data requests.
  • Project management experience related to data analysis.
  • Positive attitude and team oriented-mentality.
