MMD Learning & Development Project Manager II The Project Manager will assist in helping MMD L&D fulfill their mission and goals by supporting the day-to-day operations and planning for divisional learning programs. Must be highly organized and have well-developed decision making, interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently in a fast-paced environment. S/he will demonstrate the necessary planning, leadership, influence and collaboration skills which are necessary in a complex, cross-functional, multi-national team environment. This role will interface with Global Learning colleagues as well as business SMEs from MMD to ensure plans are developed, aligned, executed, tracked and reported in an effective and efficient manner. The responsibilities associated with the Project Manager role/function include the following: • Develop and manage detailed project plans for training initiatives. • Provide support to project and program leaders to drive execution of project plans. • Ensure the identification and tracking of both implementation and realization indicators and metrics • Interface with vendors, as necessary.
• Provide support for entering project updates into the MMD L&D portfolio management tool (QuickBase)
• Assist in budget development, forecasting, tracking and monitoring (spending analysis) for individual projects, as well as the overall MMD L&D Portfolio, including entering financial forecasts into QuickBase.
• Assist in ensuring learning programs maintain process integrity and intent
• Develop and manage project communications, MMD L&D communications, agendas, PPT presentations, and material generation
• Help to develop and maintain executive-level PowerPoint presentations that effectively "tell a story” with data and program information
