The SeniorRecruiter will partner with the Global Head, Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition colleagues, Human Resources colleagues, business leaders and/or hiring managers to develop and deliver recruiting strategies to hire world class talent across various functional areas.
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for various functions, including sourcing, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and on-boarding
  • Partner with TA and HR colleagues, business leaders and managers to thoroughly understand our clients near-term goals and longer-term strategic priorities and resulting workforce/talent and distinctive capability needs; build comprehensive talent sourcing strategies and robust talent pipelines for business-critical skill areas
  • Create and implement innovative talent attraction strategies in pursuit of world-class, high-potential talent at all levels.
  • Continuously measure results and change strategies, as needed, to enable our clients ability to attract and hire the very best talent.
  • Provide thought leadership for talent, talent capabilities and talent acquisition to TA and HR colleagues as well as hiring managers, hiring teams and business leaders at all levels
  • Develop strong and effective partnerships with all cross-functional HR colleagues, including People and Culture Partners/HR Partners, HR shared services and Total Rewards
  • Effectively manage external search partners, as needed; manage vendor relationships and performance
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of talent trends, relevant labor laws and legislation
  • 5+ years talent acquisition, talent discovery and/or sourcing experience in the biopharmaceutical industry required
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how great talent impacts the business’s strategy and objectives
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable sourcing and recruiting plans that are executable, clear and pragmatic
  • Authenticity, integrity and values consistent with clients core values, patient-centric mission and leadership behaviors
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a  fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous environment
  • Great judge of talent; proven ability to assess talent and ability to articulate candidates’  strengths and limitations, values and motivators
  • Proven ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
