Provide a variety of administrative support including answering phones, greeting candidates, processing resumes and applications, reference checking, drug testing, payroll, unemployment, and other administrative support.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Interface with customers, candidates and recruiters on setting up interviews, confirming new starts, continuous quality control calls, etc...
  • Perform functions related to Recruiting, Payroll, Unemployment, etc.
  • Assist in checking references, perform background checks on applicants and initiate drug tests
  • Keep track of all applications and files and maintain documentation
Successful Candidate Attributes:
  • High School education or GED
  • Strong administrative and computer skills.
  • Receptive to working, learning, and growing with a team of peers
  • Must present a professional image at all times
  • Strong customer service skills and business ethics
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
