Systems Programmer/Analyst 
6 month contract to hire.

Description
  • Construct, document, and present alternative systems for making desired information available.
  • Design methods for controlling access to secure information and for measuring the accuracy of data used to develop information.
  • Determine with the users the best way to input data and retrieve data in the computer system.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of data input and data output.
  • Discusses systems problems with managers and users to determine their exact nature and clarify program objectives.
  • Determines necessary data to be entered, processing procedures, and structures the output to achieve users' needs.
  • Tests system and debugs system as required to eliminate errors.
  • Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design.
  • Act as a liaison between IS and user departments to foster and develop participation and cooperation.
  • Maintain and meet schedule deadline dates.
  • Read manuals, periodicals, and technical report to stay current in industry.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer and 3-5 years related experience and/or training in application development, document management systems, and Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems

Experience with Epicor Manage-2000 (ERP) required.

Experience with Python programming, Web and database application development, and Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+) preferred.
