What does a great Executive Assistant do?
You will provide executive support to Senior Leadership members in our Financial & Risk Management Solutions (FRMS) team. This position has significant internal client interface and you will have a chance to utilize your strong professional presence, communication and decision-making skills. You will have opportunities to establish exceptional relationships and credibility within FRMS, as well as external and internal Client clients.

As an Executive Assistant, you can look forward to:
Supporting Senior Executive members in the FRMS team.

Responsibilities will include:
•Calendar and meeting management
•Travel arrangements and related expense reporting
•Presentation development and preparation
•Preparing and updating internal management reports, dashboards, etc.
•Other assignments as necessary

You will support the FRMS Department's Work and Professional Practices by:
•Participating in department improvement initiatives as necessary
•Coordinating tracking and reporting of department improvement initiatives
•Serving in a quality assurance role of department deliverables, reports, as necessary

You will also provide FRMS Department Administrative Support:
•Coordinating new employee orientation and on boarding
•Technology support and coordination
•Functional-wide meeting coordination
•Supplies and facilities coordination

Basic qualifications for consideration:
•Minimum 5 years of executive administrative assistant experience
•Excellent organizational skills
•Project Management skills
•Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
•Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
•Good working knowledge of MS Office technology including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred qualifications for consideration:
•Bachelor's degree
•Executive assistant experience in a large Fortune 500 company or professional services firm
•Experience in the financial services industry
•Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) Certification
•High tech or financial services experience, including working in highly regulated environments
•Experience with Microsoft Visio and Project
