JOB TITLE – Critical Systems Engineer I

JOB OVERVIEW – Under the direction of the Critical Systems Support Manager, individuals in the Infrastructure Engineering role are responsible for business as usual, break/fix, and daily reporting including Audit/Compliance activities within the Data Centers and IT spaces across the Enterprise.


• They are responsible for coordinating equipment installations, decommissions, change activities and monitoring ServiceNow for new incidents and requests.
• Additional functions and processes include vendor management and the coordination of preventative maintenance and break/fix activities for the critical mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems that support the IT Infrastructure.
• Some individuals in this role provide project support to design and build the telecommunications infrastructure for new corporate facilities.
• They act as project managers overseeing all aspects of the infrastructure build and have responsibility for all physical infrastructure deliverables.


• Change Management: 3 – 5 yrs of experience
• Vendor Management: 3 – 5 yrs of experience
• Data Center Environments: 3 – 5 yrs of experience
• Preventative maintenance: 3 – 5 yrs of experience
• 3 – 5 yrs of experience with Break/fix activities for critical mechanical and electrical systems supporting IT Infrastructures
