Nesco is looking for an Executive Assistant to work with the President/COO of our customer.
Start Date: ASAP
 Length of Assignment- 12 weeks with the potential to extend
Shift- Days- Monday-Friday
Looking for a candidate that is high level with office suite & working with c-suite
Executive Assistant provides administrative support and assistance to Presidents and/or Chief Operating Officers at site locations and lines of business—
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive administrative support experience required. Preferably someone with experience with an executive or middle management work environment.
  • Proficient with personal computer, Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient with maintaining calendars.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills including correct grammatical usage, tact, diplomacy and good judgment with respect to confidentiality/privacy
  • Ability to compose and type grammatically correct letters, minutes, memoranda and other correspondence as requested
  • Self-motivated, requires little supervision, capable of making decisions
  • Flexible, dependable, reliable person with ability to organize/prioritize multiple responsibilities and perform well under pressure
  • Ability to work well with members of the senior management team and administrative support group
  • Ability to act as a liaison with physicians in relaying issues to executives in the absence of executives. Meets with Senior Leader on a regular basis to discuss assigned work, calendars, and exchange information.
  • Composes and types letters, memoranda and notes with minimal instruction and information as assigned.
  • Answers and screens telephone calls as directed and relays information, directions, etc.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings, and maintains the calendar. • Handles incoming mail, makes reproductions and runs errands.
  • Prioritizes multiple projects and tasks with minimal assistance.
  • Coordinates executive recruitment including correspondence and interview schedules.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.• Prepares appropriate requisition for payment of various services.
  • Organizes and maintains departmental records and files.
  • Requisitions office and miscellaneous supplies needed, and submits work orders for maintenance and printing when required.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and submits expenses accordingly. Supports Board and Committee process by scheduling and organizing meetings; copying, collating and mailing materials; and creating and distributing minutes.
