Experience:
Electrical Construction Project Manager (Industrial and Commercial preferably with experience working on manufacturing plants-automotive, food process, etc.)
7-10 years experience
Ideally looking for someone that came from a bigger organization with a structured project management position and can bring some structure and ideas into our organization
  • Education or related degrees a plus
  • Need to have overseen projects from 1/2 million to $15 million
  • Computer aptitude is a must have
  • Engineering drawings, constructions schedules
  • Technical level of expertise of design drawing
  • Design Build experience strongly, strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Ability to Multi-task in a high volume, fast paced work environment with very tight deadlines
  • Commitment to providing customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Accubid preferred
  • Experience with remote project management preferred

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
• Provide leadership for multiple aspects of concurrent projects including cost, planning, scheduling, supervision and management of personnel ensuring all financial targets are met
• Strong computer skills
• Manage all activities associated with materials, budgeting and production for assigned projects
• Manage project related correspondence and documents through designated document management systems
• Acting as a liaison with the customer and project staff to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues, communicate regarding project milestones
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service
