Scope of Work -
This role will use best practices and established procedures to ensure the Company’s openings are filled according to established metrics. The Recruiterwill be accountable for providing service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements and proactively generate candidate pipelines.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):
Manage all phases of the recruiting process for assigned client groups, to include, but not limited to: kick-off/intake calls with hiring managers, posting of positions, sourcing/screening, coordinating interviews and feedback, closing candidates in the offer stage and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers, utilizing established recruiting strategy.
Deliver quality customer service to include regular/timely position updates and scheduled reports to hiring managers and follow-up with all candidates accordingly throughout the interview process.
Follow appropriate process flows and SOPs to create a pipeline of qualified candidates for all markets/positions.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Work with internal groups to aid in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
Other administrative and record keeping duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Associates Degree with minimum of 3 years relevant experience or HS/GED with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required
3-5 years of experience in corporate and/or agency recruiting
Experience in high volume recruitment within a fast-paced, high performance culture.
Demonstrated experience and proven results in recruiting within technical, engineering or corporate functions.
Experience in sourcing candidates via social media channels and deep web sourcing techniques/knowledge, preferred.
Prior experience with SAP, preferred
