Job Summary: Sales administrator will works with sales department and management to provide office and clerical support. Communication with customers and other employees to answer questions and explanation of information when required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This function will include the more traditional administrative/clerical support role including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars, setting up meetings, setting up files, tracking expenses, and Dealer list and Directory updates
  • Creation of machine files and record keeping
  • Terminal handling calculation and entry
  • Dealer order status updates and communications
  • Tracking of sales communications and bulletins
  • Expense entries
  • Processing of purchase orders
  • Monthly reporting and program audits
  • Financial floor plan approvals and follow-up
  • Special projects as needed
  • Sales support back-up
  • New dealer set-up
  • Written dealer correspondence
  • Sales administration and support on daily basis
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Microsoft Office Suites basic proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with sales teams and customers
  • Exhibit professionalism while dealing with tough internal as well as external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Customer service background a plus
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED
