Nesco Resource is hiring a Technical Support Specialist.  The position is located in the Greater Pittsburgh Area (about 5 miles west of the city).  
  • Respond via emails and phone calls to address technical difficulties and resolve issues that arise with clients, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and integration issues
  • Abide by Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards
  • Complete reports regarding product issues
  • Stage hardware for internal review
  • Collaborate with the internal engineers to identify, monitor, and resolve issues
  • Review product change requests
  • Research technical issues and continuously learn about product updates and new technologies
  • Bachelor Degree OR Associate Degree with 2 years of related professional experience OR 4 years of related professional experience
  • Professional communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially with technical troubleshooting
  • Self-starter that can work with minimal supervision
  • Strong skills in multi-tasking with attention to detail and commitment to following through from start to finish
