Part-time Administrative Assistant

Overall Summary – This position will be responsible to assist HR Operations personnel in day to day activities.  

Specific Job Duties
  • Maintain employee records to ensure compliance with US regulatory requirements.
  • Provide back up to shared service personnel as need to maintain continuity of operations.
  • Perform data entry validations in the Workday HR system.
  • Provide administrative support to the benefits team.
  • Maintains confidentiality of department records and employee files, adhering to document retention guidelines.
  • Run HRIS reports on a regular and ad hoc basis.
Qualifications – An Associate’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field preferred, H.S. Diploma required.  Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to multi task and work independently and provide good customer service.  Ability to work in a team environment.  Attention to detail, planning, organization and execution skills required.  Experience in dealing with confidential information.
