As a Business Process Analyst, you will be driving continuous improvement culture change through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy and visible hands-on leadership. You will be involved in designing and implementing processes improvement plans, including: resource, tools, and timescales, in order to support, contribute, and integrate within the PQM annual business plan and long-term strategy.
  • Work with senior managers, team leads, technical leads and supervisors to obtain suggestions for improvement, such as modifying existing procedures, using alternate work method, or introducing new business forms, reports standards and others.
  • Works under general supervision to plan, conduct and establish a functional vision for assignments. Reviews progress and evaluates results. Possesses extensive knowledge related to the applicable field of work and may plan and assign associates for given projects or tasks, but primarily responsible for delivery of process/project/service. Identifies and recommends changes in procedures, processes and scope of delivery. Operates with substantial latitude for unreview action or decision.
  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of particular field of specialization to the completion of complex assignments. Responsibilities and impact may crossover to other job groups and functions.
  • Strong understanding of processes, methods and deliverables for field of specialization.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the work required at each step of the process.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely SWOT issues and decision points.
  • Should possess the ability to explain the differences and applicability of various models, processes and procedures.
  • Possesses the ability to effectively communicate successes and failures of a model, processes and procedures with clear understanding of critical success.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field of years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilitation of process improvement initiatives across business operations and technology.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Plus
  • Experience in KPI management and development of dashboard performance metrics
  • Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries desired
  • Experience with different SDLC processes.
  • Process Improvement methodologies, tools and techniques experience
  • Knowledge of both project & program management processes and methodologies, as well as project lifecycle
  • Familiarity with project management tools
