Job Title: Weld Technician
Location: Lorain, OH

Adhere to IATF16949 & ISO 14001 requirements.
Communicate to operators issues or concerns with welder, fixtures, or gages.
Train all new operators to ensure all products meet quality standards, and that quality charts, traceability forms, Plex check sheets, and constraint forms are completed accurately.
Record all production data needed for inventory control purposes.
Revise robot programs by adjusting welds/fixtures to make quality parts.
Setup and tend to robotic welders.
Operate various types of robotic welders, resistance welders, and other type of equipment to produce automobile seat frames.
Pay and Shift info
1st Shift 6AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday
2nd Shift 5PM-3:30AM Monday-Thursday
High school diploma or GED
Basic reading, writing and math skills
Able to read blueprints
Knowledge of operating various types of machinery
Must be able to lift 50lbs
