A manufacturer in Mill Hall, PA is looking for a Customer Service Coordintor to add to their team.

Job Description
Provide as the main contact for Customer Service internal and external customers.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
¿ Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, on-time deliveries, and complete order fulfillment.
¿ Provide vendor management of pull system program inventory.
¿ Principal liaison for all Mill Hall customers.
¿ Process SAP production batch sheets for timely update of current raw material and finished goods inventory.
¿ Coordinate with transportation and scheduling on capacity planning, packaging inventory, and tanker/fleet availability; verify schedule changes to commit to customer changes.
¿ Provide responsive order management support including order entry, or expediting and shipment information to customers.
¿ Perform periodic (weekly, monthly, yearly) cycle counts based upon predetermined frequencies.
¿ Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.
¿ Initiate and implement initiatives which improve customer service and responsiveness.
¿ Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary.
Minimum Requirements
¿ High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree a plus.
¿ 1 - 2 years Customer Service or Supply Chain/Logistics related experience a plus.
¿ Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.
¿ Able to effectively build relationships both internally and externally in a positive manner.
¿ Able to handle stressful situations.
¿ Ability to work in a matrix environment.
¿ Strong data entry and organizational skills.
¿ Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills.
¿ Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues.
¿ Understanding or ability to utilize applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google Drives/Sheets/Forms, and SAP by Design ERP system.
¿ Must be willing and able to work day shift and overtime as needed.

Starting wage is $15 per hour.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday.
