Respond to employee and manager inquiries relative to PTO policy, PTO Accrual process, time and attendance rules and assistance with technology navigation
Analysis of Exempt and Non-Exempt timecards to ensure time worked and paid time off is captured correctly
Daily review of Non-Exempt employee timecards to clear exceptions and record time accurately and timely so payroll files are correct
Participate in preparation of bi-weekly payroll processing activities such as approved timecards, audit of timecards with zero hours recorded, clearing of exceptions and any prior period adjustments or edits are incorporated
Daily review of system to ensure all time clock devices are on line and working correctly
Work closely with Leave Administrator to ensure accurate time processing for employees approved for Short Term Disability or FMLA
Accurately calculate PTO payouts for terminating employees in accordance with Company policy and state and local payroll regulations
Generate reports, conduct audits, research and resolve issues, compile metrics and participate in system testing as required
