Commercial Excellence Analytics & Reporting

Seeking candidate with strong analytical skills and process focus interested in
Sales Operations excellence through Data Analytics and reporting /
visualizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and
tracking key performance indicators for understanding sales team performance
and in improving decision-making. In addition, the position will entail collecting,
analyzing, and reporting sales related information to support ongoing
requirement to increase sales productivity. Along with leading key department
initiatives, candidate will be responsible for interfacing with field sales and
coordinating regular sales performance reports to management.

  • Consolidate and verify data accuracy for Monthly Playbook reporting
  • Create insightful visualization dashboards (Tableau), with data from
  • PeopleSoft (HR), (CRM), financial systems (ERP), and  SIP(Callidus).
  • Provide analytics on data sets for statistical significance
  • Enable push and filtering capabilities to provide consolidated high-level views but also ability to drill down to individual levels for actionability.
  • Generate a Customer Performance view to better track customer, growth, churn and sales deployment.
  • Streamline data acquisition (automation) and reporting (minimize manual data set generation)
  • Make large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable.
  • Transforming, improving and integrating data and delivering in a useful and appealing way to users.
  • Train individuals on how to use reporting tools to maximize adoption and impact.
  • Collecting sales trends and evaluating performance calculated against sales quotas.
  • Assisting management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and sales budget.
  • Performs sales and research analysis of pertinent sales data; compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts; and prepares forecasts and analyzes sales trends.
  • Assisting management with the leadership of key department initiatives such as daily sales and pipeline analytics, achievement of sales goals,
  • development, sales incentive analysis, assesses data integrity and future needs, and sales training, etc.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree

  • Familiar and working knowledge of
  • Experience in a similar position preferred
  • Fluent in the use of Tableau
  • Ability to compile data sets from disparate systems
  • Strong Knowledge with Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, advanced presentation and communication skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize workload, proven success in a team environment, self-starter that is comfortable working independently with demonstrated decision-making abilities.
