Client looking to add to their Talent Acquisition team. The primary goal of a Recruiting Sourcer / Coordinator will be assisting in the maintenance of their candidate pipelines through sourcing, screening, and qualifying talent. Responsibilities
Identify potential candidates through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing
Create new ways to source passive talent
Work closely with internal recruiting team to develop strategies to generate candidate flow and pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals
Work within Applicant Tracking System to schedule interviews and track pipeline updates
Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process
Collaborate with recruiting team and client groups to assess hiring needs and goals

Basic Qualifications:
Associated Degree from an accredited institution;
Minimum of 1 year of experience with sourcing and building candidate pipelines;
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution;
Previous experience using ATS (applicant tracking system), Taleo preferred;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with candidates, HR team, and hiring managers;
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
