Contract Position
Duration: 12 months.
Location: Saint Louis, MO 63148 (Westport)

Manager, Talent Acquisition
Summary:
Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting to support the organization.
Scope; Activities, Tasks:
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements/expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate search criteria.
  • Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals.
  • Drive improvements in the attraction, screening and selection processes and demonstrate innovation related to how the organization can use new strategies and technologies while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Effectively and creatively manage the recruiting process to include sourcing, selection, offer negotiations and pre-hire onboarding for multiple requisitions.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone and face-to-face interview skills and ability to assess the cultural fit and performance ability of candidates.
  • Provide regular follow up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure transparency and timeliness throughout the entire recruitment process, including updating and distributing weekly Open Requisitions Pipeline report and key metrics.
  • Prepare monthly recruitment activity dashboard for your active requisitions.
  • Build strong university relations.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years' Talent Acquisition experience with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring talent.
  • 5+ years' experience within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
  • Prior experience working with Workday is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in cGMP
  • Direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency experience is a plus. Mandatory and non-negotiable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandatory and non-negotiable
  • Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools/social media as well as proactive recruiting and sourcing.
  • Exercise sound judgment and ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and social media/networking sites. Mandatory and non-negotiable
