The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the refinement and introduction of Support systems across platforms and product lines. Technical and operationally-minded project manager with outstanding communication, sound operational background, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills who can work with cross-functional technical teams to influence across all levels. Enterprise expertise with demonstrated success and proven leadership ability to influence technical teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience leading Support Operations projects using an ITIL/ITSM framework for a worldwide organization
  • Substantial experience implementing and refining customer service/support organizations in an enterprise SAP environment
  • ITSM and service desk management
  • Experience with Service Management and Continuous Service Improvement cycles
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Direct experience in supervision of technical teams and vendor management.
  • Extensive experience supporting high performance, highly available global enterprises in a complex, decentralized IT organization, which focuses on the protection of intellectual property and sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment
  • Certified Project Management Professional Certification (Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP), preferred
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) Foundation Level Certification (or better) preferred

  • Be responsible for stakeholder management and developing well defined milestones and roadmaps.
  • Lead the refinement and improvement of global enterprise support operations to provide the highest level of support throughout (and beyond) the implementation of an enterprise ERP system on a global scale
  • Serve as hands-on leader in new support tool design, development and solutions delivery of support systems projects of varying complexity and scope.
  • Champion introduction of essential IT tools around monitoring/alerting to support hybrid cloud/on premise across the entire Infrastructure/Application stack. This service is expected to be consumed by IT, and associated IT teams globally
