Solutions Analyst:
 
The Solutions Analyst will focus on Human Capital Management functionality and developing people management solutions for enterprise clients.  The ability to travel up to 50% is required.
 
This position will be responsible for providing HR Technology expertise, Business Analysis for requirements and process design, and serving as Implementation Project Manager, Testing Lead, Training Lead, Change Manager, and Trusted Advisor to clients.
 
Key to this role will be acting as Primary Lead on the development of various tangible deliverables, including (but not limited to) functional specifications, use cases, user stories, workflow diagrams, process diagrams, data flow diagrams, data model diagrams, business cases, RFPs, testing plans, and training plans.  The Solutions Analyst will assist with facilitating tactical to strategic meetings with client teams from all levels of the organization.  
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2+ years of consulting experience focused on implementing HRIS platforms, HR Technology, and HCM functions (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.)
  • Strong experience with Ultimate Software and UltiPro implementations is highly preferred, experience with implementing other relevant HR and HCM software/systems (Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, and SumTotal Systems) will also be considered
  • Extensive experience utilizing Visio, Project, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Background in HR Advisory Services, HRIS certification, and functional HR with technology
 
Responsibilities:
  • Gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements for projects
  • Identify requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task analysis, and workflow analysis
  • Develop maps and flowcharts of current HR processes and future HR processes for HR Service Design
  • Construct data and process models for the purpose of communicating clients’ HR requirements
  • Participate in HR Service Design by identifying areas for improvement within clients’ HR processes
  • Evaluate and report on possible impacts of HR Service Design and process modifications
  • Contribute to the development and modifications of systems to meet client needs and develop specifications
  • Identify, select, recommend, and implement HR Technology by utilizing client-specific requirements, process designs, and HR industry expertise
  • Collaborate closely with clients throughout the process of HR Technology Selection and Implementation
