We are looking for a well rounded HR Manager with experience in the following areas:

1. Develop, update and maintain company HR policy including hiring practices, benefits administration, training systems and performance appraisals.
2. Update and maintain company operations, administrative and safety manuals.
3. Manage/execute personnel administration reporting requirements including unemployment, workman's compensation, benefits, support for all entities
4. Support corporate HR initiatives including forms administration (creation and maintenance of universal forms), benefits renewals, and acting as an experiential resource
5. Represent management and/or act as associate advocate in problem resolution
6. Communicate company policy and news via company newsletters.
7. Develop and maintain associate information in Human Resource module and ensure privacy of the information.
8. Oversee benefit administration for all entities
9. Manage GL and Workers Compensation claims for all entities.
10. Perform background screening, motor vehicle checks, etc as required.
11. Actively support our goals of safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
12. Assist in development of TQM training program.
13. Actively seek to help your fellow associates by mentoring and acting as a resource to others in area of expertise.
14. Comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures, be an example, and support the company safety goals and objectives.
