Description
This position provides product support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC) C-5M Super Galaxy Division office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Seeking a Program Manager Assistant with a minimum of 10 years' experience with the United States Air Force as an acquisition support services Commander's Action Group lead. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Review, manage, and assign duties to CAG personnel
• Develop and conduct Division and Branch-wide briefings
• Manage Awards Boards
• Manage Action Item and Suspense requirements
• Establish and maintain personnel recognition programs
• Provide analysis support of program management strategies
• Draft and input Monthly Acquisition Reports for ACAT I, II and III level programs
• Manage, track and input MAR, Mobility WL Program Metrics, Weapons System Delivery Metrics
• Ensure program requirements and statements of work capture and are planned to the level of detail required for execution
• Provide recommendations to ensure project information integrates into existing program strategy
• Employ integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a number of functional disciplines
• Perform a range of program management activities, such as: gathering a variety of program information; conducting analyses; developing program strategies; milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling

REQUIREMENTS
The Program Manager must demonstrate comprehensive experience and knowledge of:

• Coordinating the efforts of program managers, engineers, logisticians, financial managers, and contracting officers
• Experience in SharePoint and Records Management
• Air Force Material Command and Air Force Life Cycle Management Center policies, processes, and procedures
• DoD 5000.02 and AFI 63-101 policies, processes and procedures

The Program Manager must have at least ten (10) years of USAF or DoD acquisition experience required. Bachelor's degree is required. At least one year of defense acquisition management experience must be within the last five (5) years. Candidate must possess the ability to work well as part of a team or with minimal supervision. A secret security clearance is required.
