Under the supervision and direction of the Associate Vice President (AVP) Intensive Care Management, the ICM Reporting Coordinator is responsible for specific internal and external ICM reporting, filtering of reports, support of variance reports and serve as a system liaison for changes and testing in reporting. Works closely with Population Health Reporting Specialists, ICM Managers, Team Leads and ICM Trainer and Program Administrators. Coordinates ICM meetings by developing agendas, booking speakers, recording meeting minutes. Organize Policies and Procedures postings through SharePoint, maintains efficiency of secured documents on Health Services drive, maintenance of URAC administrative requirements, and supports identified administrative team functions.
Organize and schedule monthly and ad hoc staff meetings including booking guest speakers and recording minutes. Accountable for timely development of assigned reports and disseminates to appropriate teams, review of variance reports, monitors assigned budgetary allocation and department resources for inventory maintenance, liaison and oversight of mail house process and inventory , data analytic reports and any other identified reports. Produce and format reports needed for presentations and PowerPoint presentations for meetings as requested by the ICM AVP. Collaborate with Population Health Management Reporting Specialist for organization of department's reporting needs for advanced analytic and data mining methods. Assists with maintenance of revised policies and procedures as needed. Performs other administrative support tasks as assigned.
Desired Degree: Associates degree; or commensurate related business experience in lieu of degree Desired Major: Business; health care administration; allied health; computer science
