Job Description:
Performs tasks with little or no guidance.
Has demonstrated knowledge in area of engineering expertise.
Applies and integrates engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, and design, develop, implement, test or evaluate military C5ISR systems.
Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
Analyzes designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military C5ISR systems, and associated support systems, or management information systems.
Leads the execution of complex tasks. Supports tasks involving the development of systems utilizing wireless communication.
Conducts RF site surveys, makes analyses and recommendations. Assists the Program Manager and Systems Analyst in requirements analysis, technical problem analysis and resolution, and provides input to the technical staff.

Qualifications
MS or MA degree in Engineering, Science or a ''Relevant Technical Discipline” and at least ten (10) years of experience in an engineering position, three (3) of which must be directly related to Naval C5ISR systems.Demonstrated knowledge in area of RF Systems engineering expertise.

OR

BS or BA degree in Engineering or a ''Relevant Technical Discipline” and at least fourteen (14) years of experience in an engineering position, seven (7) of which must be directly related to Naval C5ISR systems.Demonstrated knowledge in area of RF Systems engineering expertise.
