Nesco Resource has a direct hire role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible to create and evaluate marketing strategies. This position will supervise the development and implementation of advertising and will also gather, research, and prepare communications material for internal and external audiences. There will be a heavy focus on social media and brand management.

Specific Responsibilities for Marketing Manager Include:
  • Marketing Analysis
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
  • Managing Advertising Plan.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns – SEO Social media.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

Education & Experience
A minimum of a Bachelors degree in marketing or field. Advanced degree a plus.
At least 5 years of progressive Marketing experience. and 3 years of management experience. Superior project management experience
Strong technical skills;
Experienced in all Microsoft Office products
Preferred graphic design software familiarity Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
Solid experience with Customer Relationship Management - CRM.
