A growing biotechnology company is seeking an Administrative Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to get your foot into the door of a great company!

The Regulatory Sciences Administrative Coordinator will be providing support through onboarding organization, and facilitating department communication. The Regulatory Sciences Administrative Coordinator facilitates department function by maintaining organization of electronic files and SharePoint sites.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Onboarding – facilitate systems access, create new hire binders, work out a training plan / calendar with the hiring manager
  • Maintain a list of upcoming industry conferences
  • Maintain review trackers for senior management
  • Maintain a schedule of Lessons Learned events for the department
  • Maintain a 3-month white-board calendar
  • Maintain Continuous Improvement metrics
  • Maintain meeting rotation schedules & send out the meeting invite to members of the department
  • Administer content for department-specific, interactive TV
  • SharePoint site maintenance
  • Administer department website
  • Organize & publish the department newsletter
  • Purchase pharmacopoeia licenses
  • Procurement functions
  • Schedule meetings for directors
  • Plan/organize departmental events
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree highly preferred but exceptional experience with an Associate's degree will be considered
  • 3 years of administrative experience in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office products; MS Project, SharePoint and MS Access a plus
  • Ability to learn new computer programs quickly
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
