Responsibilities/Principal Duties:
  • Assist during yearly external audit for ISO 9001 Quality System.
  • Conducts internal audits and spot audits as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all PPAP documents
  • Create and update documents such as Process Flows, Control Plans, PFMEAS, Packaging Plans, etc.
  • Coordinate completion of PPAP's due to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain documents and proper revisions electronically on the.
  • Reviews incoming components and PCBs as required utilizing theSAP system, BOM's, and customer drawings.
  • Perform final inspection on assemblies as needed.
  • 1st piece inspections, as needed.
  • Assist in corrective action processes.
  • Assist in the investigation and completion of CAR's issued from customers.
  • Assist in issuing ICAR's, SCAR's, & PAR's.
  • Assist in the follow-up and closures of corrective actions issued.
  • Assist in compiling manufacturing quality data. (i.e., SPC)
  • Monitor and update Quality Objectives Charts
  • Assist in preparing data for Monthly Management Review meetings.
  • Review ongoing data to directly improve process quality.
  • Problem solving analysis as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the calibration and ESD systems.
  • Assist in coordinating the annual external calibration of equipment.
  • Assist in performing the internal calibrations of equipment
  • Assist in performing the internal ESD measurements.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education: The Quality Coordinator should have a technical degree relating to manufacturing or several years of equivalent experience

Experience: Three years of experience in manufacturing processes and two years of quality related experience is required.
