Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls daily in a polite and professional manner.
  • Enter "ALL” inquiries into the HEAT database (Voicemail, Assigned Calls, Email).
  • Provide assistance to other Helpdesk Technicians as needed.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for customers with Internet access, email, cable TV, and telephone problems, by analyzing, diagnosing and resolving problems.
  • Provide front-end support for customers via email and chat.

Requirements:
  • Skills to include customer servicing skill sets, Internet knowledge, and exceptional PC skills.
  • Work history to include customer service
Pay:
$11 an hour .
Hours:
11:15 to 8:15 pm
12:15 to 9:15
