Nesco Resource is seeking a HVAC Sales Representative for our growing client's residential and commercial operation.
This position is 100% commission but provides potential to earn up to six figures in your first year!!

THe HVAC will be responsible for residential and light commercial sales within the Capital District! Our client offers unlimited earning potential and a comprehensive benefit package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Simple IRA Plan with company match.

  • Sell residential and light commercial HVAC equipment such as boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, tankless water heaters, and RTU.
  • Create business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Identify all factors affecting cost including time materials, labor and complexities and price jobs accordingly.
  • Present proposals to customers.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and proposals to prepare estimates.
  • Collaborate with other trades and contractors as necessary for estimates.
  • Prepare estimates and bids for clients, meet with clients as required to explain proposals and bids.
  • Responsible to contact vendors and subcontractors as necessary to complete estimates.
  • 3+ years of Sales experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC Systems (hydronic piping systems; hot air systems, air conditioning, Natural Gas, LP Gas and RTU)
  • Ability to design and size systems when necessary.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities. Must be detailed oriented.
  • Must possess experience in understating blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documents.
  • New construction experience is also helpful.
  • Knowledge of equipment, warranties and installation requirements a must.
