IT Recruiter 

Minimum of 2 years of IT recruitment focused within network/cyber security, cloud technologies, machine learning and data science

As a member of our clients Talent Acquisition team you will be supporting their Digital Solutions organization which includes eCommerce, Cyber Security, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and Cloud Computing. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, qualifying candidates, interviewing, negotiation of offers and hiring applicants to fill open requisitions. This is a highly collaborative role, working with hiring managers and HR business partners to build a team of talented individuals that will support a best in class organization.

Ideally, we are seeking someone who is local to Framingham and willing to come into the office for meetings. Full cycle recruiting exp, managing 15-20 requisitions at a time, and the ability to uncover hidden talent.

Functional Recruiting Capability:
• Recruit for professional level positions within our their Digital Solutions organization
• Develop plans to source qualified candidates and increase applicant pools
• Drive candidate flow through our recruitment marketing and digital sourcing tools
• Conduct effective intake meetings and communicate frequently to ensure alignment of plan
• Negotiate offers with candidates

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring manager to identify qualified candidates, seek feedback, and make hiring recommendations
• Clearly articulate employer value proposition and the opportunity this creates for potential candidates to advance their career
• Clearly communicate with candidates associate value proposition, company culture, expectations, and alignment between job opportunities and candidate skills
• Leverage recruitment and market data to help to identify obstacles, determine solutions, and provide visibility for the business
• Provide timely updates to hiring managers with information regarding market place, obstacles, and work with manager to identify solutions
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to ensure standard hiring processes are followed
• Leverage available tools and resources to increase diversity of applicant pool

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting
• 2 years of IT recruitment focused within network/cyber security, cloud technologies, machine learning and data science
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience with high volume recruiting in IT and eCommerce skill sets
