Financial Concierge Supervisor

The Concierge Supervisor will lead a team of Service Specialists responsible for providing service to their assigned firms. This team is the first point of contact for all operational needs of our clients, financial advisors, and their support staff.

About the team:
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and accuracy when assisting our financial advisors
  • Form trusted relationships with assigned Firms
  • Serve as liasons between our firms and other members of the services team
  • Provide resolutions for assigned firms including managing training needs, application improvements, and process improvements
Responsibilities of the Concierge Supervisor:
  • Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, accountability, client focus, curiosity and teamwork
  • Assist advisors and staff on how to navigate our platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our financial platforms
  • REal time monitoring of phone calls and emails to ensure accuracy, completeness, and efficiency
  • Serve as the first point of contact for escalations for our clients
  • Escalate issues as needed to the AVP
  • Lead team huddles, motivate the team with positive encouragement and feedback
  • Create contests, awareds, and campaigns to engage team members
  • Ensure the team has their tasks for the day and that they adhere to given tasks
  • Evaluate employee metrics to ensure productivity
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members focused around coaching and development
Skills needed:
  • 2 years of experience leading a team in a contact/call center envrionment
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry is preferred, but not required
  • Must already have a Series 7 license
  • Must be willing to obtain Series 24 license if requested
