Project Site Manager
 
Manage personnel, activities and budget for the assigned site, interact with customer to assure scope of work is met.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 
  1. Maintains safety and good housekeeping standards for the site.
  2. Assure team members are working under current and approved processes.
  3. Coordinate with team members to detect report and document in CRM non-conformances, CARs and continuous improvements.
  4. Supervise reporting team members to assure they plan and implement their assigned activities.
  5. Planning on budgets, personnel activities and schedules including any additional requirements for the operation.
  6. Coordinate, review and present all required reports to management and customer.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customer.
  8. Interface with customer's engineering, finance, material control, and plant management teams.
  9. Review all operations results and adjust as needed to meet goals.
  10. Make decisions within limits of general standards or procedures.
  11. Manage personnel: training, coaching, scheduling, time cards, etc.
  12. Prepare monthly invoice to customer, and supply all requirement measurements.
  13. Report near misses and incidents to management and assist with investigation.
ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS WHEN POSITION IS AVAILABLE AT SITE
  1. Ensure Tool Techs/Engineers coordinate plant resources to resolve tool-related problems and implement cost savings ideas and monitor all changes and updates are documented.
  2. Ensure CSR quotes, processes orders and purchases materials to guarantee it complies with customer's requirements in a cost efficient manner.
  3. Ensure Warehouse receives, controls, processes and delivers materials to customer in a timely manner.
  4. Ensure Gaging team coordinates calibration and repair activities; maintain records and documentation.
  5. Ensure Metallurgical Lab team performs testing per appropriate guidelines and approve material within established criteria and specifications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. 5 years' experience in similar position.
