Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining FTZ compliance using Integration Point Software and maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy using daily cycle counts/random receipts audits. Assist in other duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Importer
Transmits Automated Customs Environment (ACE) entries to Customs.
Preparing entry documentation including Permit to transfer (PTT), CF214, 7501, 3461, etc.
Verify country of origin.
Prepare entry documents for Customs approval and Duty payment.
Prepare delivery order, send to trucker, verify receipt.
Ensure that all entries are filed on time and freight delivered in a timely manner in accordance with company and customer expectations.
Processes Automated Clearing House (ACH) daily statement payments.
Maintains a complete set of records per Customs requirements.
Cycle Count
Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility.
Managing the inventory control function at the site.
Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
Print count sheets, perform physical counts of the product, enter counts into the ERP system, print variance report and perform preliminary reconciliation activity per the documented work instructions.
Accurately input inventory control data to ensure inventory integrity.
Complete necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on time.
Monitor the receiving and shipping process.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Importer
1-5 years brokerage or equivalent experience.
Import compliance, preferably with a large manufacturer or industrial distribution company 1 years required; 3 years preferred.
A strong working knowledge of logistics software applications. Integration Point software knowledge is a plus.
Strong understanding of 19CFR and HTSUS.
Experience in a Foreign Trade Zone.
Operational experience in international trade and customs regulatory compliance.
Cycle Count
Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years.
Recent experience with cycle counting/inventory.
Attention to detail, Accuracy, mathematical skills, verbal, PC Skills.
Strong math skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Conduct daily inventory and physical inventories.
Troubleshoot Inventory discrepancies.
10 key proficiency.
Prior experience with handheld scanners.
Proficient in computerized inventory systems, Excel, and word processing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS: GED or Higher

Leve I-II: Associates' Degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Compliance, or a related field required; Bachelors' Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Compliance, or a related field preferred.
Level III: 5-10 years as a licensed customs broker
Cycle Count
Leve I-II-III: High school or equivalent required.
Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school preferred.
Strong computer skills in Excel and inventory systems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in an warehouse/open office setting.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and able to perform physical activity on a daily basis.
