Job Description:
• Maintain and update Vehicle System Structure within a Teamcenter environment
• Run packaging reviews effectively and document issues/resolutions to entire team
• Maintain close contacts (through WebEx, emails and phone) with assigned customer base to capture design and development
• Support Customer Service Engineering & Technical Support Operations

Required Skills:
• Must have prior proven experience in the management in Digital Buck for Automotive Vehicle Assembly & Sub-System Integration
• Possess knowledge and skills in the commodity, and be able to resolve and develop feasible solutions using previous experience
• Understand Variant Conditions/Codes
• Understand and populate DI/DS codes
• Conduct design reviews
• Conduct virtual builds
• Create concept models
• Perform service studies
• Colorize content and create visual reports
• Perform collaborative design analysis
• Compare data from multiple programs
• Candidate must be a self-starter, motivated and works with minimal guidance
• Proven track record of development of innovative solutions, problem solving, proactive skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, Lead design reviews with various stakeholders to communicate status, issues and next steps

Required Digital Buck Experience: Siemens Teamcenter Visualization:
• Proven experience and efficiency in Teamcenter/Digital Buck working knowledge
• Experience with verifying DPA requirements
• Experience calibrating measurements
• Perform interference/clearance detection
• Test insertion/extraction capability
• Cut sections and investigate
• Take snapshots (with cross-sections and markups) for collaboration
• Perform dimensional management studies
• Compare data from multiple programs

Additional Skills:
• Working knowledge of GD&T and descriptive geometry
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office software
