About the Role:
Output Solutions at Client delivers business-critical communications to financial institutions, health and property/casualty insurance providers, billers, retailers, travel and entertainment companies and advertising agencies nationwide. With solutions including transactional document production and delivery, card manufacturing and personalization and direct marketing services, we help our clients streamline operations to contain costs, while building customer loyalty and generating incremental revenue.

About our Business:
FOS Stafford prints documents that contain personal and confidential data that is sent to individuals and companies. These documents include
• Utility Bills
• Student loan statements, bills and privacy notices
• Financial statements including bank statements, credit card statements
• Billing documents for individuals and companies
• Automotive statements
• Digital cards
• Letters
• Postcards
• Tax forms
These documents are then inserted with equipment. The application that prepares these documents for printing must follow production standards to ensure efficiency on the production floor.
These documents are then inserted in the US Government Client mail or overnighted by a variety of carriers to be delivered to the intended recipient either an individual or a business.
Images of these documents could be accessed on line through the internet. Information could be emailed with links to the documents.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Under general supervision, analyze and determine business requirements and provide detailed specifications to programming.
2. Provide consultation to the client before, during and after changes, including the development of new procedures the changes may necessitate.
3. Interpret client’s existing systems and workflows through and including the balancing of daily files.
4. Provide training to the client before, during and after changes, including the correct use of the Client system and on-line terminal assistance,
5. Communicate progress and any potential problems to manager/project for awareness and/or resolution.
6. Uses limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines.
7. Solves problems using standard procedures and precedents
8. Performs other duties as required

Required Qualifications:
• Education - BS in Computer Science, MIS, EE or related experience.
• Minimum # 3 years BS in Computer Science, MIS, EE or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Education - BS in Computer Science, MIS, EE or related experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, lifting 20 lbs., climbing, etc.
